Thinking Aloud: Volume III, Issue 9

This special issue of Thinking Aloud, February 1, 2017, is dedicated to SANEM’s 10th anniversary celebration. This issue also focuses on the theme of the upcoming Second SANEM Annual Economists’ Conference 2017. The first page article on “Managing growth for social inclusion” presents an analysis using a constructed Social Inclusion Index for 156 countries, and argues that mere economic growth is not the sufficient condition for enhancing social inclusion. Second and third pages have been designed to showcase the events of a daylong celebration of 10 years of SANEM.
