Project description:

The study is examining and suggesting measures as to how the overall private investment can be expanded in the context of LDC graduation with particular emphasis on: how the desired growth of domestic investment and FDI can be achieved; how to integrate between the domestic investment and FDI effectively; how to expand the domestic market as a pull/push factor for private investment; ensuring modern and sophisticated logistical support for the investments; ensuring adequate access to finance for local investors; upscaling and reskilling of the workforce to cater the needs of advanced industries, simplification of business process and investment undertakings, etc.; and facilitating technology transfer and development.
