Project description:

The main objective of the study is to provide the government and development partners with an enhanced understanding of the landscape of the social protection programmes that provide cash and/or in-kind support to the host communities in Cox’s Bazar, both through the national social protection system and through UN- and NGO-led programmes. Under this broad objective, the purpose of this study is to conduct a detailed mapping of the social protection programmes (cash and in-kind support) under implementation in Cox’s Bazar, their geographical coverage, support provisioned by external organisations in form of social protection coverage (including by UN agencies), population groups covered.
