Project description:

This study aims to assess the institutional coordination mechanism related to key service and support delivery mechanism related to COVID response and recovery. Therefore, the equity and efficiency aspects of the design and implementation of the assistance distribution system for the urban poor have been assessed through a comprehensive framework so that key areas for improvement can be identified. Besides, the role of local governments, the state of the economy in the case of the urban poor, and potential gaps in institutional coordination have also been explored.
