  6. (June 2017-July 2017): Worked as a consultant for the Preparation of the Perspective Plan of the GoB“Empowerment of children, women and youth to strengthen social inclusion and support shared prosperity. For the Planning Commission, GoB.
  7. (October 2015-till date):Worked as a consultant on Bangladesh Education and Technology Sector Review (as a consultant of the Policy Research Institute with the Planning Commission, GoB).
  8. (December 2016):Wrote and Presented the Key Note Paper of Dhaka Skill Summit, organized by the World Bank under STEP project, ILO and MCCI.
  9. (December 2016): As part of team of RMMRU, worked as a Labour Economist on ‘Fair Recruitment and Decent Work for Women Migrant Workers in South Asia and the Middle East’, a project of ILO.
  10. (November 2016): As part pf SANEM, worked on a project titled “A Quantitative and Quantitative Research Study of the Bangladesh RMG Sector” under “Improving Working conditions in the Ready-Made Garment Sector in Bangladesh” -ILO Project.
  11. (October 2016): Wrote and Presented the Key Note Paper on Youth Population in Bangladesh, organized by the Planning Commission, GoB .
  12. (Worked as an economist on a research project of University of Manchester and BRAC Institute of Governance on “Gender Norms and Labour Market Participation-A Comparative Study of India and Bangladesh” (with Mahmood, S, Daniel N., Wendy, W.).
  13. (Worked as a co-investigator in a research project of IDRC, Canada on “Female Labour Market Responses in Changing Economic and Demographic Context of Bangladesh” (with Mahmood, S.).

(Worked as a labour market expert in a research project of Bangladesh Institute for Labour Studies (BILS) and funded by ILO on “Study on Labour Demand and Supply of Returning https://drcatalona.com/online-pharmacy/ Migrant Workers with Profiling Survey of Returning Migrant Workers”. Based on surveys and KII it involves assessing the demand for return migrants in suitable industries, combining both supply and demand scenario.
  19. (March 2014):Worked as a consultant for the Policy Research Institute of Bangladesh (PRI) for the preparation of a background study for the 7th Five Year Plan of Bangladesh titled “Agricultural Sector Strategy: Raising Farm Productivity through Diversification and Modernization”, (with Sattar, Z.) as part of a SPEMP Project (March 2014).
  20. (November 2012- 2013): Worked as a consultant for the Policy Research Institute of Bangladesh (PRI) as a National Consultant in the “Strengthening Strategic Planning and Monitoring for Result Program” (SPM) of the Planning Commission (November 2012- 2013). As part of the project, was involved in the monitoring and evaluation of the Sixth Five Year Plan of Bangladesh.
  21. (April 2013-June 2013): Worked as a consultant for Clean Cloth Campaign and Asia Floor Wage in collaboration with Bangladesh NariProgatiSongho, for conducting wage research for One Global Living Wage Campaign.
  22. (Worked as a research collaborator of Bangladesh in a research project of the University of Wilfred Laurier, Waterloo, Canada on “Youth Leading Environmental Change”.
  23. (Worked as a co-investigator in a research project of FAO and Ministry of Agriculture, GoB on “The Role of Credit in Food Production and Food Security in Bangladesh” (with Khondker, B.H.: November, 2011-November, 2012).
  24. (November, 2010-June, 2012): Worked as a consultant for the Policy Research Institute of Bangladesh (PRI) as a National Consultant in the “Strengthening Public Expenditure Management Program” (SPEMP Project Component 4) of the Ministry of Finance. As part of this project, was responsible for drafting chapters on Agriculture, Education, Health and Environment of the Sixth Five Year Plan of Bangladesh. The drafting involves analysis of existing strategies and policies, demand assessment, supply situation etc.
